There are 3 log messages that can affect your accuracy:
  • You hit <monster> for <amount> <type> damage
  • You crit <monster> for <amount> <type> damage
  • Your attack misses its mark

Nothing else affects the accuracy stat. The message "<monster> evades your attack" doesn't affect anything at all. Maybe you really do never get evaded, but that's not what the accuracy stat tracks. Although I doubt it, since I have 135% hit chance and I still get evaded.

Although I can't say this for certainty here's why I think this is not the case, I have 100%+ magic hit chance, yet HVStat displays that my Magical Accuracy is not 100%. From this, I think we can conclude that the monsters did evade my magics and it's recorded.

Why would it record magic evades but not physical evades? Would be nice if someone could actually confirm.

Give shortswords attack speed (not on weapon, but on character screen, in addition to 'swiftness' suffixes). If wielding two shortswords, the attack speed is greater than the sum of two individual swords.

I would love to see a player specializing in dual-wielding Morgul-blades or hobbit Stings or something like this.

Retardedly boring. Already tried it with daggers before they got removed (and before I got exceptionally good ones.) You get so many turns in a row you practically never get hit. Or you can use -anything else- and kill dozens of times faster.

What about making one handed counter attacks having a chance to proc the weapons proc ability maybe make it like 50% of the weapons proc chance to proc on counter attacks

Maybe cuz he uses Oak staff which has supportive prof, increasing supportive buff durations? In any case, the only thing I envy about Holy is that it has breached defense, making it more efficient than dark in marathons.
