I am one of those who do more than 10 IWs a day. 13 IWs, actually.
My perference goes to leveling up instead of getting more credits, as i can get more good equipments at high level.
This is before the 0.5.2 patch, though.

Tenboro, i am sure that the stamina system will work, but the current setting really hinders me from playing properly. Here are some suggestions from me

1. Stamina should first set a range of normal level between 40 and 60. Over 60 the player should be considered boosted (by energy drinks), while under 40 the player should be considered tired (too many rounds played)


2. The stamina meter should be linear when considering the damage/exp/credits boost/penalty. With 50 stamina as the reference level, players can get 50% boost on everything at 100 stamina, while they get 50% penalty at 0 stamina.

3. The stamina should restore faster when a player has low stamina, and slower when a player has high stamina, with the referencing point of reaching 60 stamina in 24 hours.

Point 2 and 3 matches some real world situation and other game systems; well-rested players can deal more damage, then progressively gets weaker as they play more rounds. When tired players rest, they should recover more strength than those who has been well-rested.


4. Energy drink should be used outside battle, for example in the shrine area. It should restore 50 points of stamina per bottle.

This can ensure that the energy drink is really a boost to a player when they're healthy, or restoration when they are well-rested.


5. The stamina should not be decreased when answering the puzzle wrongly. Instead, answering the puzzle wrongly will give you different penalty, for example temporary lowering all status, being dealt a huge damage, or losing an item in battle inventory, etc.

Players are prone to make silly mistakes when answering the puzzle; typing in wrong alphabet, accidentally pressing enter, etc. They should not be penalized for these kind of mistakes by decreasing the number of rounds they can play.


6. I have no data on how many rounds everyone plays per day, so i cannot really comment on the restoration rate and consumption rate on stamina. But judging from the fact that high-level players has more arenas, i would agree to cmal. How about decreasing the consumption rate on stamina for high level players? It should produce the same effect.

I hope you can consider my opinion, as it should be more balanced than the current one.

I think people just want everything that's what I think, the stamina works fine.
We got 2 credits boosts, one being 380 rounds of +50% credits for people who play less, and the new GF rules.

Yeah, we got mazes, but the problem aren't the mazes, and the penalty, it's us who have to adapt. No ones going to make a mistake if pay attention, and even if doing that it happens once for a while deal with it, how many of us lost arena challenges because of distraction?

Now in the "Normal Stamina level" we can play 5900 rounds. That's almost 20 IW with 300 rounds (does anyone do that every single day?), and in that space we will get at least one drink from artifacts recovering 20 of the 39 level lost, the other 19 levels we can recover them mostly by regen.
Buu, but I play GF too! 20 stamina levels is 2000 rounds, and since I get an average of 40 credits per round (there's people who make much more I think) that's a total of 80,000C. That's a bonus, even we have to buy the damn Drinks.
(And before this patch the max we could do get was 3,000C)

Disagree on the first one.I can deal with it if there's no better alternatives. But there should be, considering how long stamina has been here.

On the second point, you have to consider that stamina doesn't regen during battles. You may have to take 10% or 20% of total available rounds away.

Ok, this is something people have to realize RIGHT NOW. The limits on the Grindfest were only removed because Stamina was added to the system. No stamina limit? Welcome back, Grindfest limits. So think before you suggest, PLEASE.

Just ignore them, they just havent realized just how much more credits they will earn with stamina.

I don`t care much about my Credit income. I just want to click away some Monsters (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

Here some serious suggestions:
Stamina:

1. Make it drain less per round if you are below 80. And even less drain below 50. People should be able to do daily Arenas and some Item World without Luck @ donating Artifacts.
2. If your Stamina is below 50 Dawn of a new Day will bring it back to 50.
3. At the end of any Arena or Item World there is a chance to get a few points of Stamina back. Chance increase for long ass Arenas and IWs. This will only increase your Stamina up to 80 not more.
4. Natural Stamina Regen will also stop at 80.

You have to use an Energy Drink if you want to reach Stamina above 80. That Bonus is really great, if you want it you have to use an Energy Drink.
This way people can play normally if they want and buy Drinks if they want the Bonus.

Also:
5. Make Stamina Regen while in Combat. This way facemelt mages have a huge advantage over slower Playing styles.

There is only one Problem: With much more Stamina people will abuse new Grindfest so:
Grindfest:
1. A Hard Limit of 1000 Rounds a Day. This will reset with Dawn Event.
2. Create Training called Hardcore Grinder. Each Training will increase the Limit by 100 Rounds. Can be trained 30 Times?
To piss us off make mazes appear more when we are close to the daily limit.

Other Suggestions:
1. Make an Option to choose between Second Wind like it was before OR gem drops.
If you choose Second Wind there will be no gems. If you choose Gems there are no Second Winds.
Also make Mana and Mystic gems drop a little more often.

2. Riddlemaster Bonus:
Stamina Bonus + Riddlemaster Bonus is pretty overpowered. I suggest to change it to a 10% heal of HP, MP and SP and increase Mana, Spirit and Health Regen for 5 turns. Yeah you heard right bring back Health Regen just for a few turns (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

3. That fucking Maze!
Can you make it smaller? While it is not a problem on normal day I WILL FUCK THIS UP when drunk. So I will not be able to play on weekends (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif)

Also: Can you make you can only type in A B C or D in that box? Not P or 1 or whatever. And return will only do something if you have chosen A B C or D?

Sure. I think it's pretty well balanced as it is now though. Second wind + gems was a little too good to be true to be honest.

Really? Riddlemaster doesn't really seem to do all that much IMO.

Depends. They have to do some grindfests to earn some credits (or much with new GF), do a few arenas and some Item Worlds to level up.
If they manage to fuck up at maze...

Well, I admit I didnt consider gridfest because I don't use it. The only time I did grindfest was for the letters during the egg hunt event. Apologies oh great one.
