I'm cool with only weapons and staves. That would help light armor just as much. Also right now ethereal has a pretty decisive edge over elemental so this would even it out a bit.

Shards only halve it so still pretty bad for evade builds.

It wasn't my suggestion. Also there's no way I could play with feathers all the time. Maybe I don't play enough rounds but I have nowhere near enough shards to feather my equipment every time I play.

As shade players, you should care about offense enough to not worry so much about defense.

I know, it's just that shade players tend to obsess about their evade considering it's one stat we can stack higher than any other build.

As for how fast I play, well, about as fast as a mid-level shade/estoc player can. But I rarely put in very much time lately. Most days I don't even finish my arenas.
