Remove the "Lesser" potions and the Elixirs for Health/Mana/Spirit to create more space for different items. Lesser potions drop less than greater potions and stay in limbo in the inventory. There's no point in taking a lesser potion into battle as we always have more greater potions than lesser. Now, the elixirs are not affected by the potion abilities making them less useful than maxed out Heroic potions.

Instead of these 6 items (3 pots and 3 elixirs) new rare items can be added, some ideas:
magic wand - held next to your weapon it increases magical damage by 10%, breaks after 20 turns
cursed rose - procs dark spikes, increases dark spells damage in the same fashion as the infusion of darkness, increase debuff duration
halo fragment - procs holy spikes, increase holy spells damage, increase the amount cure and full cure cures
poison flask - adds poison to your weapon, your stikes have a chance to proc slow, weaken and/or blind

More trophies can be added (together with more monsters):
stone statue - kill discord
dark tentacle - kill cthulhu
halo of the fallen - kill hastur

Can you restore the drop rate and quality for equipment to a reasonable level? As it stands, I see zero point to playing on IWBTH. I have no chance of getting anything remotely useful or valuable playing on IWBTH. Getting more crudes than Exq on IWBTH is just plain ridiculous.

Move this Hath perk "Follower of Snowflake" from the Hath perk page to the shrine and make it so you can donate any amounts of Hath at any time to the shrine to slowly build up to the 50k activation limit over time

Always have a Boss or tougher enemy at the end of IW with a certain length. Say, 100+ rounds have a Boss, 150+ have a Schoolgirl, 190+ has a God.

Assuming you don't get trolled by Real Life and the Unicorn. Trophies probably wouldn't be 100% drops, either. And, since you're on Normal, credits and drops would be craptastic.

Heh. You're forgetting that noodle drops the noodle, and the arena clear bonus drop is the true benefit. Still, infinite noodles!(okay, one could claim infinite credits as well as since you can keep doing IWs indefinitely).

It'd slow down those who want to IW their stuff, but it'd make it a little more epic - with an addendum: have the additional monster who appears renamed to your weapon's name.

For level 300+ you always face the top 10 highest power level monsters in hourlies but only one monster from any player so http can't take all the slots, if you only get 5 monsters showing then its the top 5 and so on

I doubt he actually is but I meant it'd just give others more of a chance to get to the top 10 if it wasn't dominated by the higher level players who are capable of taking more than one place, giving others more incentive to level there own monsters to beyond the norm
