Suggestion:

Make anti-resist value additive, not multiplicative!

i.e. if you have 0.5 prof factor, which equals 25% anti-resist, that should be subtracted from the monster's resist chance instead of multiplied, like now.

Nobody is going to want prof unless the AR scale is 1:1 (as it is, gossamer grants you 1/4 an oak / willow staff's AR at the expense of at least 25% EDB) and the mana conservation coefficient is something better than "fuck-all"

One-shotting mobs in IWBTH after spraying Imperil around is fun, at least.

Cloth: random +EDB
Leather: random boost to either evade, accuracy, parry, crit, or attack speed
Heavy: random boost to either damage, PMI, or MMI
Shield: either boost to block chance or spike effect

Then why not this:

Make Heavy armor have a lvl 10 "Double Time" potency which makes featherweight shards reduce its burden and interference to 0 for an hour.

Lvl 10 light armor should get "Hyper Mode" making it have double attack speed when using featherweight shards on them for an hour.

Lvl 10 cloth armor should get "Ætherize" making it have 100% evade or resist chance when using featherweight shards on them for an hour.

How about giving lvl 10 armor the benefits of a prefix (excluding the elemental resistancies)? (like agile, savage, mithril, charged, radiant, etc. depending on the armor type) This is already the case with weapons (gaining an elemental strike which is otherwise prefixed), so this would be the most logical course of action, I would say. Also, maybe create new armor potencies based on the prefixes the armor can have. Elemental resistancies are kinda meh, after all. You have to give a good reason to level up armor.
