Do you lose the Daily EXP bonus (from the toplists) when your stamina falls below great? Or is it applied separately & the % stays constant?

It's some separate factors.

Once you're in the all time toplist, you stay there for a long time though. Long-time contribution for stable EXP: sounds fair. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Yeah, that and mostly luck. Though I do arenas on BT that's not where they come from.....Anyway, 20 now though it was 9 for the longest time.

I wonder whether if I'll get a backlash from the Light armor user from doing this; every attempt so far that I tried to request something that would make anything that I don't actually use to be better/stronger and I don't get any benefits from it whatsoever, people hates me for it for some unknown reasons... I knew many people have been request this before, but bringing back the... how should I called it... "burden allowance" I guess, like in the older version of HV, wouldn't be such a bad thing to do right now**— basically this means that burden only have a negative effects if it over a certain threshold— 20 would be my recommended amount.

Actually, no— by increase the amount of burden's negative effect on Evade from the current 1.33% per 1 burden to 2% instead, this effectively make Heavy to have virtually the same amount of evade (if not worse) while allowing Kevlar to be use with minimal (if any at all) negative effect on evade! ... ** Even though I believe it's not a bad thing to do. This change, however, will have some impact on some other things that Tenb intentionally put in the game as well, so I doubt that this request would be implement. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

Since T3 of both heavy and light has ADB which can be forged 100 times, can we have something similar to phase as well?

I suggest switching the forging limits between MDB and EDB. MDB will only be forged 40 times, and EDB 100 times. EDB can also be forged 100 times on phases as well.
