It's normal because i just switched into mage after this update nerfed melee so much. I only have 36 Forbidden proficiency and a lousy fenrir set which i bought for only 200k. It's not like everybody has millions of credits like you guys.

Anyway, it's not your problem if you're not insist for survivability. I was just trying to argue with those guys who keep asking for more evade/protection for phase armors while saying that melee has it too easy. I can't even go 60 rounds battletoad with my good heavy set. Now the spark of life keeps triggering every round because of the nerfed PMI. Melee already fight slow like a turtle but now can't survive like a turtle anymore.

.... This is a joke, right? Normal difficulty? Even mages can survive until about round 500 on Normal.
Or when you're saying "do you want Damage or Survivability, pick one", you're really saying "Do you want mage Damage for Normal difficulty or melee Survivability for IWBTH?

I've got news for you: If you think Light/Heavy die faster because of nerfed PMI, what do you think happened to mages who have already have low PMI and still got nerfed?

Read my post. I said i used Normal difficulty because i only have 36 Forbidden proficiency and a lousy fenrir set. I would have chosen higher difficulty if i have better gear and more proficiency. Give me some time.

Er, No. I don't play melee on IWBTH. I can't even go 20 rounds.

I tested my heavy set with estoc on normal and it took 4 hits to kill a PL 1000 monster. On NORMAL.

Full plate, fine demonic estoc, battletoads T&T, no spark procs, 7.5 minutes (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

How did you do it so fast ? That's like 5 seconds per round. I can only do Endgame battletoad in 8 minutes with full heavy slaughter.

One day (post patch) I found myself not lagging and decided to do a timed speed run with void shard and holy infusion and just held down number pad with the occasional cure. I'm sure I won't be able to do it again, more like 12-15 minutes with regular connection. Again, only plate armor because I main shade mace and didn't want to spend a lot on slaughter.

Then again, mages doing 15 minute IWBTH DwD is kinda depressing (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)
