I demand you post the below suggestion. Do it properly this time! If you fail me again you're fired! I'll find a new suggestion poster who can do his job properly!
Change the cooldown on Great Cleave and Rending Blow to ten turns or until the end of the current round.
If a strong player encounters a round full of weak monsters he will often finish it in under ten turns, which means he can't use Great Cleave and Rending Blow at the start of the next round. Meanwhile a weaker player who takes more than ten turns to clear each round can use Great Cleave every round, so can end up playing faster than the stronger player.
If you changed the cooldown to ten turns or until the end of the current round it would eliminate the problem of stronger players being punished for finishing some rounds too fast. You'd still be limited in how often you could use Rending Blow by the overcharge requirement, but this change would smooth things out a bit as it would mean you have to take an average of ten turns to clear each round, rather than a minimum of ten turns per round. depends on how many are available, for weapons with 3 types every 6 levels and hollow or elemental at 100. For armor its like every level cause of how many damn potentcies there are.

Retroactively reduce all monster resistances by 25. Also lower the max you can upgrade to 50.
+ one weakness to fire/cold/wind/lightning to every mob except Elementals so elemental mages are not screwed by default. screw that. just make those elemental procs add a -50 res to the element which makes them explode.
Mini Bosses can have up to 75 again.
