I was just about to suggest 5-10% max OC per hit. That seems really OP but it makes OC abilities are really worth the investment.

there are no OC abilities, d00d.
Mages getting 1% OC for every time a spell lands on monsters would be interesting if they could do anything other with OC than focus(which they may need scroll for to make use for anything else than MP), stance, and stun lone monsters. So there would have to be some OC skills for staff that would be useful for that first.

I believe he means the OC boost abilities. You know, the 5-levels-per-tier ones, after SP tanks.

I'd like to get OC from spell casts. Since focus replenishes some mana and stance cuts down mana cost, it could give me a few more rounds in a GF or IW. At least for me, it would be useful even without the staff skills. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Yes. But other than it buffing focus+swiftness scroll and allowing mages to stun stragglers it isn't anything that cannot be gotten by other means. Those are significant changes to mage's style though, but I'm unsure what skills a mage would use. In any case, Fus Ro Dah is a bit too big of a sacrifice in damage.

Doesn't really help mages, which usually already have incredibly low mana cost anyway.

I mage exclusively these days and to be honest you're talking about another problem entirely.

I find running into SP problems is much more likely, due to monsters resisting and proccing spark.

As for insane mitigation I don't find that as annoying, maybe because I holy mage and the proc helps with damage quite a bit. It's the resists that gets me, most of the time.

Replace "Hollowforged" and "Elemental Strike" Potencies on staves with "This Place/Space for Rent" Potency, a potency shouldn't make the weapon weaker.

I've encountered all Ouzai mobs a few times, I think it's funny (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

But there are a huge number of Ouzai's out there, so the possibility of an all Ouzai mob isn't a big stretch (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

A Mob is already restricted to spawn all 10 battles. If there is now an extra restriction they will show up even less.
