Depending on the weapon element is not a solution. I refer to changing the physical attack between Slashing / Crushing / Piercing during combat.

The idea is to use overchange to change the equipment only limited weapons, excluding armor.

In the midst of combat you spend "overchange" and is a turn without attacking without the bonus weapons. Shortly after this turn you can attack with another weapon.

Overcharge is too easy to recover (unless you had used a Soul Stone to increase it over the limit, of course). It should cost a ton of SP at the very least.

Suggestion:
Tone down the monsters in the Giant class.

Since player created monsters can not be upgraded yet and should be similar to each other for now, I find it weird that any of these monsters is nearly as hard to kill as a mini-boss.
If it's intentional, disregard my post.

intentional, because most of the new monsters screw up mages. So there has o be 2 or 3 types of monsters that mess up melee

Put a chance to proc Ripened Soul not vanish when hitting the target. It would be a 50% chance in exchange for reducing the active time in half.

meh it's useful to target them: everything else dies, they survive with good health end then farm mana and channellings (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

i hope a great balance on monters because they are pretty powerful without being buffed

I hope there will be more monsters "messing up" mages than melee, because in mage point of view they only make recast again, while in melee point of view they take 3-4 turns more rounds to get killed.

For what? You can kill everything except for a Boss/Legendary in 1 hit anyway.
If we're requesting Poison upgrades, might as well ask for a Tier2 Poison (more damage, longer duration, etc)
