scroll or spell?
spell is only useful for heavy, where the armor bonuses are compounded again (i don't know why it still says 25%, outdated tooltip)
scroll is fairly nice for lowering burst damage for mages

Accessory suggestion. I like Borderland's relics alot. They usually come with some stat change and an increase in ability. I figure this would work in HV too: Relics that add additional points to abilities that are otherwise capped at 5. Depending on rarity of the relic with a range of +1 to +5 to an ability and depending on rarity ranging from 0 to 3 affected abilities. Either chosen randomly from a pool of all abilities that have 5 AP levels or categorized by types.. like specific element, support magic, deprec magic, and so on. Obviously since the pool consists of 18 OCs and 18 Resistance abilities the chance to get a junk relic would be much higher. Now for some examples of how it could look like: A relic of rare quality, let's say Superior: [some stat boosts], Inferno+3, Hellfire+2 A legendary relic: [some stat boosts], Snowstorm+5, Blizzard+4, Fimbulvetr+5 The point would be to further overspec in certain types. Because going over the capped limits of the ability tree would add damage to that spell or further decrease duration and/or decrease mana cost. I think this could work very well with our current system. It'd only need some balancing. Although actually.. Since there are only 2 tiers for holy/dark it'd be more difficult to get a perfect relic for either one. On the other hand normal elements could profit from the possibility of an ideal relic that raises all 3 tiers of their element. Well it just a passing thought. More monster base classes: Aquatic, Plant, Slime, Worm, Fungus, Politician Hybrids that average together the stats of two or more types, so you can make giant sprites, demon beasts, mechanical bugs, undead dragons, humanoid slimes...

mechafujoshi: 2nd part already suggested, but first is interesting. Also, I realized kind of problem with 2nd part. Consider undead mechanoids, for instance: Fire 0 Cold 50 Elec -12.5 Holy -12.5 Dark 25 Soul 25 STR 10 DEX 7 AGI 4 END 8.5 WIS 2.5 INT 3 Basically, their stats are pretty similar, expect for END on undeads is higher, but they are compensated by huge weakness - combining removes it.

I fully support more Monster classes (+ more monster slots or ability to delete monster above 100/change existing monster class at a cost). Politician class comes with base 200 Agility, 100 Endurance, -50 Wisdom and Intelligence. Soul Defense 500 (after all those are soulless beings) (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) BTW: add at least few more Legendaries. Same Schoolgirls over and over again in Arenas - if I may suggest one new addition: Medaka Kurokami [trophy Medaka Box], obvious really (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Have things in the item shop become cheaper the more of them there are.
Also applies to selling things.
So when there's a huge number of trophies or whatever, they're significantly cheaper than the base price.
Of course the price would have a minimum, but... yeah.
I just hate seeing 500+ of those trophies in there at any one time.

Remember last spell cast from last battle round. Get's annoying on my thumb on normal.
Also, turn infusions into shards. Maybe make them last only half an hour and drop less for balance between attainability and power.
Furthermore, curse-weaving shouldn't count same spell you're applying as another debuff on monster.

Gossamer & Leather have been abandoned by the community for a while, how about adding new features to them like Mana Conservation & HP/MP regen (or something similar so current Mechanics wouldn't be thrown off).
