About shards, 4 hours is a long time to commit to playing Hentaiverse in one session. What about if the timer only ran while you were in a battle mode (Arena, Crysfest, etc.) and stopped if you hadn't entered any actions for one minute, so even if you had to go AFK or couldn't play due to network issues, you'd still only lose one minute off your shards.

Allow focus staves to get anti-resist potency(to put the focus in focus staves) since they give up economizer potency and damage anyway.

Make it so that higher PL monsters have a higher chance for rares, not troll bindings (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

Add either something like spirit stance or a stat on equipment that lowers enemy parry/resist but in exchange lowers your own defenses; like lowered PMI/evade or whatever.
Basically, a way to reduce the random chance of getting fucked in exchange for a constantly somewhat higher difficulty. The point being constant. And permanent, rather than the current lol focus.

Edit: Or reduce attack damage instead of lowering defense. Or do both. Or whatever.

Make the whole "If something has a potency, it is more likely to get another level of it", more noticeable. As it is now it seems non-existent

Just remove the chance to get bindings all together at some PL threshold. The point of high PL monsters is to gain more rare mats (High-Grade), and there's no reason the Specials shouldn't be included in that as well.

Just add Bindings into 3 tiers just like low, mid and high grade mats and make higher PL give a better chance for useful-tier bindings.

Also a small chance increase for rare goodies all 100 PL.
