Most of the older high level players back when the ML was added had a stockpile of tokens. Anywhere from 500-1000, if they didn't use them to make an army of monsters then they would have saved them for the ML's upgrades. I think TheTornPrince account was made after that part of the ML was added so he would have had to find all his from that point on. If all you did was normal arenas, ROB and 1000's of rounds of CF it wouldn't take that long to build up pile of them.

Ethereal shields.

Basically like normal shields except they have 0 interference/burden, and they protect against void damage in addition to their normal defenses. Well, that's assuming void is added as a damage type for monsters...

Once Monster skills are changed this would be totally OP.
But maybe spikes can work like this, just make them reflect a certain % of the damage.

I also suggest to support lazy players!
Allow Regen 2, Heartseeker and Arcane Focus in IA (for Level 400+ people)

Ichy: I don't know, you still give up a large chunk of mitigation to take more damage and get specific mitigation against elemental skills - and skills can be mitigated just by spirit shield or spark, while for general attacks you need just pure evade and PMI. It would make leveling up armor not pointless, but I can't see plate of the thrice-blessed being preferred over place of protection when monster attacks are still all psychical.

My Shoes grant me 20% Holy res and 10% to another Element. If I had all my pieces upgraded I would reflect a lot.
Some high level mobs would kill them self when they try to attack me.

Spikes would work better since you can only chose 1 Element.

I really wish powerup drops were a different color (like equipment and items are) to make them more apparent. (And I am sure there is a way to use a plug-in to do it, but I run vanilla.)

Ichy: Hm, that is 30% from your shoes over 7 elements, plus monster must survive long enough to use the skill with elemental damage. Now, I'm not sure if shoes do have 0.8* penalty on potencies, but even if all other items you get do luckily get similarly stacked elemental resists and not have to deal with diminishing returns so much(something which I much doubt) you'd still be looking optimally at 30/20/20/20/30/30/20 spread. As opposed to having 6 levels on five items in MP or HP bonus. So instead of taking 24% less from skill, you take 100% and monster takes 30% their skill damage? Lovely if monster has more HP than you, and even then I'm quite certain the 30% wouldn't kill the monster.

Besides, there is probably a reason why you mentioned your shoes:p.
