Both are a FEST, the longer you can go the more you can get. I don't even like a cap of 200 on IW, I use to level an item just so I could do +400 rounds in it for EXP & Drops. I was actually commenting on a statement that Varst had made about Spirit being one of the few limitations left in the really long grinding runs (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) As for myself, I have not yet been able to reach the 500 round or better, I keep running out of potions (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) But, I'm working on it (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

I've already done +2000 rounds in a BT-CF and can go well past the max on IWBTH the way it is now. Just because lower level people can't or don't want to is of no interest to me. They shouldn't be able to do the same things as people 200 levels higher then they are and when they can't they cry and want things to be made easier or done for them.

If you recast an existing buff, do not LOWER duration.
Ex: 1. Proc chanelling 2. Cast a buff for 150 turns 3. Accidentally recast it reducing it to 100 turns remaining.
