Just the same idea, different wording:

I'm not 100% for that 3rd PAB, but I'm 100% against that 1 PAB in many staffs.
The RNG always break something good. If staffs aren't given something more, then at least don't take away what they originally should have!

While we're talking about staffs....

Can we get staff proficiency for casting other offensive spells than Magic Missile?

It's kinda tough keeping up the staff prof when people tend to use AoE spells rather than MM.

My staff is maintained at max just casting MM normally.

Then again, I take it slow and easy and don't power level like everyone else, so YMMV.

Nice, new FA.

I was thinking about adding 1 additional Item Slot (I like to carry equal amount of potions into battle) and maybe one slot for special buffs (Bubble Gum/Flower Vase/Soul Stone). It is pain in backside to waste ordinary item slots on such rare items; and there is still place on current 'Ability Tree'.

As a future project, maybe new Elemental ability based on Earth - earthquake. One tier (at lvl 230 perhaps) but quite powerful (cost = Dark lvl 2 skill):

Earthquake (x1) -> Tremor Swarm (x5 - area) -> Tidal Defense (x5 - boost each Elem. defense by 1-2%/point)

And finally, for the love of god, remove single crystals from Clearing Arena Bonus. Tokens fine, equipment fine, potions OK, pieces of material great. Couple of crystals is rather lousy reward idea after 100 rounds.

Staffs don't need Agi or Dex, just Int and Wis. It really makes you pull your hair when you get a decent staff but either missing Int or Wis.

I am not sure what you mean by tiling. I don't think you mean [en.wikipedia.org] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tiling_window_manager or the mathematics of [en.wikipedia.org] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tessellation which just leaves [en.wikipedia.org] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tiled_rendering which seems rather complex and difficult to implement.

I see, that looks like it would work wonderfully and improve performance.
Also it would allow you to crunch all of the images at once since there is only one spritesheet to crunch.

Suggestion: I keep on forgetting to make this suggestion... so here goes.
If you win a battle while having an active regen or potion (health, spirit, or mana) then let it finish applying its bonus. If you win a battle with an unspent powerup (mana, spirit, or health gem), automatically consume it upon victory.

Oh, a suggestion I keep forgetting...
A (hopefully not ridiculously expensive) hath perk that makes it so you can have dawn of a new day and random encounters occur within the HV window itself. Ideally with the option to disable random encounters in the gallery limiting it to HV window itself (no reason to disable DOAND though).

It sucks to lose a random encounter due to actually surfing the gallery (you can nav back to it with firefox, but with chrome it automatically refreshes the site when you hit back permanently deleting the link; and chrome is so much faster to browse with! also proxy actually works in chrome unlike FF).

Yea we have watches (I use a stopwatch to ensure i don't miss random encounters) + script for that already (although it is missing DOAND functionality, which I plan on adding to it). But it requires opening a couple of new windows and aside from being painful on sub 20kbps internet (damn hotels!) it also very clearly opening a page in a hentai site which makes it a bit difficult to do in a more public setting where someone is looking over your shoulder. And it is also even more unfriendly to smartphones.

Speaking of, while it cannot be made worksafe (due to IPs, unless you use a proxy) it can be made more paletable for playing in public by:
1. Allowing you to hide the "Hentai Verse" logo.
2. Allowing the naming of the window something other then HentaiVerse (say, HV)
3. Allow sanitizing monster names (just display their monster ID instead of name).

1 & 2 are doable via HVSTAT but the problem is that the originals flash for about a second before being removed rather then not loading in the first place.

Fix bug - when 2 HV page are open one has fleeing from battle on. The other will start another battle. By refreshing the first page with fleeing from you will flee from the battle you just enter.

I only have one window of HV open on one machine, I like switching over to ipad during battles because its faster.

Me too.

I also have a frontpage open just to refresh for hourlies, then I'll battle on that window, while my Character window is open on my other monitor.

If equipment drops during an hourly, I'll use the other window to go ditch or examine it while the fight is still at the victory screen so i can go directly to the piece instead of having to copy/paste the name or write it down or whatever other option.
