Stamina related Suggestion:

Remove Stamina (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)
E-Drinks will now give 400 Rounds of Good Stamina in the Arena. Less for GF and more for CF and IW.
Failed Riddlemaster will now give negative Credits comparable to the Credit loss if you need to refill Stamina with E-Drinks.

I like this suggestion because nothing will change except you don't have to try to play enough to not reach Great Stamina.

Actually I didn't even read your entire post. I was merely poking fun at how your usual suggestions don't last more than a second in the shredder. And now coupled with stamina, I'd probably give it a good 0.5 seconds at best. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

I did try to read them in the past, but every time I do I feel like gouging my eyes out for some weird reason that only Lovecraft can explain.

Anyways, don't know why that would be considered a secret but fine with me. Let me know if you find similar pieces in the future, I might be interested.

Item tokens: Drops with 2 variances - Magnificent and Legendary class. They would be very rare, maybe a bit more rare compared to actually getting such drop normally.

They are essentially trophies that give guaranteed equipment quality. You're guaranteed a Magnificent item when shrining Magnificent tokens, and so forth. The tier of the item and suffix would still be determined from a random roll, though.

And I think they should be trade-able (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Or, replace all equipment drops with Weapon and Armor tokens, ranging from Crude to Legendary. That way, you could control which types of weapons and armor you get. If you're a dual-wielder, you can trade all Weapon tokens for one-handed weapons, and so on.

I guess trophies would have to be replaced through this system, unless they can do something even more special.

Suggestion: Land of Carnage

What is Land of Carnage (or LoC)?
LoC is a mode unlocked after collecting x rare items (tickets, maps, or some kind of substitute) in Item World. While in LoC mode the enemies are boosted (in short difficulty mod is squared and easy/normal are no longer accessible). Also the game's strongest/secret ring of blood boss, {insert new boss here} can only be fought in LoC mode.

Incidentally Land of Carnage can only be entered for a limited amount of time. (Or even better: until defeat! Which would spice things up.) The tickets (or substitute items) are consumed upon entering LoC and can only be found in normal HV mode to prevent perma-staying in LoC.

As for effects, simply put the difficulty mod is squared, which means so are:
EXP Modifier, Credits Modifier, Monster HP Modifier, Crystal & Monster Damage Modifier.
(Which also affects damage done by monsters, amount and chances of equipment level gains in the Item World and drop quality.)

There's also another visible change to go along with this mode. There's a color swap to clearly distinguish this new mode from normal HV mode.

It'd also salvage Item World that everybody hates so much.

The only thing that will salvage IW is removing the ridiculous time restrictions. There's already huge turnover for equipment thanks to the constant changing of stats ranges, PAB chances, new feature implementation, etc., so who would want to put so much effort into leveling something when it could be rendered useless at any time?

It's like gambling where dice take weeks and weeks or months to complete one roll, and everyone knows the odds are in the house's favor.
