Suggestion: Nerf split into two spells:
Nerf: Base statistics and chaos upgrades are treated as if they were 2/5/8/10/15% lower than their effective value.
X-Debilitate: All Monsters' Crit Chance is reduced by 10/20/30/40/60% of their effective value.

Prof-fest (since theres no montage anymore), no loot or credits, just ?x proficiency gains, i really would like to be atleast somewhat effective as melee when i put on the gear:P

I think such a mode might be worth it if proficiency gains happened 5-10x as often. Such a mode would have to be locked at such a low difficulty level, though. Put it in the now-deprecated Cake mode.

Or you could, you know, play more. And train Assimilator.
Proficiency already goes up plenty fast enough if you actually use what you're trying to increase.

Here's what I do: - Go into IWBTH something with 1-2 monsters - Put up SS and Regen II (Haste and SV are on IA) - Weaken and Slow opposing monsters - Hold down 1 - Recast spells as needed

Uses Crossbows as main weapon Basic/0 proficiency - Your crossbow can shoot at 2 mobs in 1 attack , single crit , 10% miss Archer/30 proficiency - Your crossbow can shoot at 3 mobs in 1 attack , single crit , 8% miss Hunter/60 proficiency -Your crossbow can shoot at 4 mobs in 1 attack , single crit , 6% miss Marksman/90proficiency -Your crossbow can shoot at 5 mobs in 1 attack , single crit ,4% miss Sharpshooter/120proficiency -Your crossbow can shoot at 6 mobs in 1 attack, you now can crit on 3 mobs 3% miss Sniper/150proficiency -Your crossbow can shoot at 7 mobs in 1 attack, you now can crit on 4 mobs 2% miss Bowmaster/180proficiency -Your crossbow can shoot at 8 mobs in 1 attack, you now can crit on 5 mobs 1% miss Amazon/200proficiency -Your crossbow can shoot at 9 mobs in 1 attack, you now can crit on 6 mobs ,15% of attacking twice in a turn ,0% miss. Thanks. I would like to point out though: 1. Happens once ever few hundred rounds. Its impossible to both play fast and have 0 misclicks. 2. Only addresses one issue I raised. There are other reasons to have this too. 3. Not a reason to not have this implemented. (Not even sure if you are giving it as a counter reason or just abstaining from commenting on that proposal and in unrelated note explaining to me what is happening) 4. It can also happen for many other reasons. Such as double clicking 1 while holding alt (causing it to select and then deselect the spell) or the keyboard just not registering your click or the game failing to register your click. for example, due to you clicking alt-1 too fast after having finished the prior round while the engine is still loading that page. Your bonuses are already better than DW in even way. You also basically get guaranteed domino strikes. And I wouldn't want a fighting style that has only 1 weapon. At least flesh out what the crossbows stats will be like, and what kind of procs it might have, what kind of skills it will have, and what will distinguish the style from the current melee styles. And please consider balance. Your not going to get a gamebreaking style.

Let Confused enemies use specials, as long as they are not targeting themselves. This may actually make Confuse useful with buffed monsters (ex. Schoolgirl arena when 501 pops up)

Can we have an EXP bar that fills up the more you gain EXP (like the 'Forge Level' one that was introduced for a while ago) instead of the "text only" we have now?
