Saw this on patch notes. Bring back mini-bosses as a mix of bosses/legendary so we can have more variety until player monsters can be that level.

Lower the dmg boost when monsters are agitated from +50% (If I'm not wrong) to something like 33% or 25%

A separate training that improves your chance at getting higher-tier items?
Either that or PLEASE make cotton and leather at least USABLE in some form, like plate.

You know, I feel like having a sort of "bonus" tree for customs mobs would be more interesting than just allowing them to upgrade everything at once. There should be some sort of tradeoff, where if you get one bonus, you can't get another bonus, or that bonus gets capped at a lower value, or bonuses that get unlocked by putting enough points in another bonus (ie putting points in hp bonus caps the amount of points you can put in evade, or putting enough points in parry unlocks anti-parry).
As it is, all the high level monsters will all eventually have the same set of upgrades, so we just end up with uniformly hard custom mobs that are a pain to deal with, and no real increase in diversity or uniqueness. By having this "bonus tree", every custom mob will have a different set of upgrades so it'll be a lot more fun that way.

I'd rather see players getting changes, not custom mobs. They're already too annoying (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

New suggestion to fix PAB trollness
Let gear have their old PABs for sure Let them have a chance for bonus rolls to get higher rolls in those old PABs Let them also have a chance for bonus rolls in non-standard PABs
This will make it a bit less crazy when it comes to gear generation, but still allow for similar gear to spawn

With the equipment drops yesterday, it's like a 25% chance for two-stat gear to have no PAB and 34.3% chance for formerly three-stat gear to have one or zero PAB. It's fucked.

Now there are some interesting Combos possible. Any mage would want a piece of Phase with INT, WIS, AGI and END. It is just rare as fuck which is a good thing.

yep. the troll factor is through the roof but the godliness possibiities are amazing. has there been phase that spawned with END yet? i saw the AGI spawn for sure. seems that gear with no PAB are about 99% of the drops though. hurrah for increase value of old gears (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

It's fucked. Eh, no. It varies a lot between gear classes, but generally the rarer ones have higher chance of rolling PABs. Phase has ~3.5% chance of not having any. For staffs, the odds of no PAB is 5% or 6.25%, depending on the type. And most of the "formerly two- and three-stat" gear now has at least one if not two additional stats.

I knew there were some gear that had 4 PAB, but those are incredibly rare. Those pieces of equipment would be worth a lot to people anyway. Already got an estoc with STR, DEX, and AGI PAB which is very good for melee users. This post has been edited by rpgman1: Jun 11 2012, 21:38

Horde Mode
The ability to able to join the Horde so you can pop up in peoples random battles as one of the assailants, battles wouldn't be slower cause you can only use one attack which you choose before joining the horde then you just sit back and watch the carnage, every kill you get gives you a piece of material or something, and so you can't stay there forever you could make it so after every 2 or 3 kills or 5 or 6 battles you have to rejoin the horde
Edit: I know this will never be implemented but I thought up some other ideas for Horde Mode As well as choosing your attack before starting you can also choose some of your buff spells to cast as well at that start of each battle And to stop lag even further in horde mode the battles aren't shown in really time so you can click through the battle sequence at your own leisure and get a better look at the battle as well as a better look at other peoples fighting styles, and this would also stop people just leaving it running without having to do anything as other battles wouldn't start until you've gone through the battle sequence
