Lower Monsters also mean lower exp.

I wish the Monster Naming Guidelines are enforced again.
Too many shitty monsters getting to higher levels now, and even more random characters being made as Giants (because, y'know, "Humanoids just don't do justice to their character").

Can we please NOT get shards through monster lab? They constitute more than half of materials I've gotten since they were added.
At least turn the probability down or something. I have 10 monsters, from which I just got 6 drops, and they were all shards. I didn't make 400+ PL monsters to get shards, I made them to get High-Grade mats. Get rid of shards in monster lab and turn up their in-game drop rate.
This is just like when Flower Pot / Bubble Gum / Soul Stone / Last Elixir were artifact rewards. It's either poor foresight by Tenboro, or a deliberate ploy to drive down the drop rate of the things you want, the materials, and it needs to stop.
This won't change from just one person's complaint either, so if you want something done, speak up.

Thank you. Mid-grade are still needed in high volume for pretty much any equipment, from bad to great quality. And I agree that not just featherweight, but all shards are too common considering they let you temp powerup any equip as if it is a rare equip. Blasé everything suddenly becoming mana-conserving ethereal phase power/shield armor for 4 hour blocks means everyone stops pursuing the actually good equipment, especially if shards are too common. They should be closer to the Special drops, just not that low of a drop rate.

Mid Grade Material is needed the most so making Shards only replace low grade would be fair. Also thsi would mean lower leveled people (who have some monsters) will still get more of them and can earn a little by selling to High levels.
