Can Elementals get a little power up to their normal attack for every pint in INT please? How my High level performs is just sad, even some much lower level monsters of other types do MUCH better. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/faint.gif)
Post-adolescent girl ponies are all called mares, duh.
Also, that particular sentence fragment is a reference to a rather well-known piece of pony fanmusic. You fillystines. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)
Making crits also proc Banshee/Illithid/Vampire effects of the weapon.
Is that too imbalanced?
Should be. As for me, with heartseeker I can get about 35% crit rate using a illithid scythe which gives 6 mana per hit. That would be an extra 2 MP per turn which can be used to upkeep two other spells, besides the two I already have.

Though it would be nice, he would probably have to do something special so it can only proc on the main target if it is a crit. It would probably be unbalanced though because of the high crit rate of players (mainly at higher level) and how much can be drained by Illithid weapons.
Another idea to make spikes more useful (for melees at least).
It's a 3-step process. Step 1, lengthen the duration of infusions by 2-3x. Either that or make infusions' durations work off of your proficiencies. So Holy/Dark would work off of holy/forbidden profs, while elemental infusions would work off of elemental.
Step 2, make it so that every monster who attempts to attack you get the elemental debuff, even if they miss. No exceptions.
Step 3, make the damage from infused attacks proc explosions! So for example, I would infuse my scythe with frost, while wearing flame spikes. Voila, explosions everywhere!

Suggestion for mogglemail attachments: make them attached right after chosen: right after click for equips, and right after the quantity has been chosen for items. Another click on the attach button seems nonsense, and a lot people have been missing it, resulting in mogglemails with no attachments.

Maybe let the damage from this type of explosion be nerfed. But think about it, the damage will also depends on your mage profs. So you'll need to play both styles often to benefit.
For the ones who always say that they fail the ponymaze, make each successful maze restore a small bit of stamina maybe? About 2-5% stamina? And it only applies to normal stamina and lower?

Well, I was thinking that as long as the monster attempts to hit you, they would get the debuff. But it can probably stay the way it is now. Step 2 does sound imbalanced, yeah. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
