can stunned monsters lower their evade its kinda ironic if a warrior misses a STUNNED monster

or maybe just bad luck i have 91% hit chance though.....

Maybe some material that allow you to move them little by little? Or some shard that keep the reallocation for a temporary time?

I'd propose some sort of combining system then.

Take two or more items you own and combine them.

The first item determines the quality. The second item must be of equal or higher quality and determines the type of item (mace, phase, etc.). An optional third item of equal or higher quality can be used to determine the suffix. The resulting item is then generated as if it was a normal item, only with quality and type already determined (and possibly suffix), but given quality bonuses depending on the stats of the items used. The final average stats should always be higher than the average of the parts put in.

I suggested that a while ago to get rid of the 1000 cap. It was ignored, apparently.

But your idea is much more elaborate than mine, so you shouldn't edit it out.

Substantially increase physical mitigations on kite and tower shields. There's no real reason to use those in 1H for the burden/interference difference and you gain 1-2% block chance and 0.6% physical mitigation on the next "tier" of shield, which is hardly enticing.

Add a "Previous Monster" and "Next Monster" button on the monster stat page in the monster lab. That way we don't have to click back to the monster list every time we want to check our critters for loot. In particular useful to us who have several pages worth of monsters. All that clicking and scrolling gets a bit tedious.

Okay, I won't mind if there's an option.
But if there isn't, then 240 minutes is definitely better than 1000 turns, especially when you consider BT/IWBTH DwD.
