Buff spikes, then make it useable in IA. Make it do maybe x% of incoming damage, even if its blocked or parried (not evaded or reiststed or missed)

Chaos Mode! Only accessible in BT and IWBTH.

Chaos mode was implemented once after a patch, if you remember that one time when Hell felt like BT, Ichy.

Tooltips for Protection needs to be changed (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)
Also I suggest to make Protection increase Mit by 27,5% instead of 25%

i agree with you

monster loot items more useful than shards for high level player

can we just make the level rank to differentiate items drop ?

like this way

monster under or 200 power level can drop [Shards] , player can control monster power level
