How about more Random Encounters for Gold Star Members? Gold Star = all 50 Minutes Tristar = all 45 Minutes 5 Starts = all 40 Minutes 7 Stars = all 35 Minutes Catgirl = all 30 Minutes (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

May I suggest little tweak for messages during battle - using classic fonts, HV default are really sluggish. Very simple tweak: displaying in different color the fact that monster dropped Health, Mana whatever Gem (Power-up). Red, Green and so on are taken then maybe a catchy Purple message?
Perhaps Gems are not that important when you are Godlike and pwning hordes of monsters. But at the beginning it is more than useful.

What we need is more diminishing returns on monster scaling so stuff doesn't magically take twice the hits to kill from 260 to 325.
Also, giants should have base 50 action speed.

Then it's even more for every single other type of monster (besides Dragonkin which also start @ 3).

Being able to learn additional shouts would make the Dovahkiin title more interesting. Elemental Fury, Become Ethereal and Kyne's Peace would make interesting additions.

Some new use of Chaos tokens. "Banned monsters". You just write name of monster and you never have to fight it again. (I'm tired, for example, fighting with "Necron Raper", with all respect to its maker). You can unlock (and ban) more monsters by unlocking slots in the same manner like monster lab.

If you could do that, the majority of 200+ level players would ban Ichy's monsters in a heartbeat along with every other monster that gave them problems.
As for that happening, not likely.
