It's been a while since my last IW/GF trip, but...
The random legendary unusual encounter chance should increase and/or be replaced with legendaries/gods as you level. Already mentioned, I guess. Alright, hold on...

For people below level 200, maybe make it the highest PL custom monster currently available with a new colour tag (pink ? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) ), since it won't have a lot of HP but will likely pack quite a punch.
And will likely give a good bunch of XP for their efforts.

I say show the real stamina value, as in with all three decimal points. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)
However, that would bloat the display (unless you keep it in the tooltip) and statistically has little use except for ED overdose planning.

When you want to bid on an auction at the hathexchange and you insert your desired bid in the input box you instinctively press Enter, which doesn't "Place Bid" but "Buyout".
This is in my view just plain cattle droppings.

2 new crystals, 1 for any stats, another for any resistances. They worth the same as other crystal, but this way it's easier to upgrade monsters in a different way. The "old" crystals would stop dropping as well.

Instead of having to check every single monster at random time, create a option which will check if a monster has something for us, for every monsters at same time. This "button" should have a "cooldown" like 1 hour or something like that.

Not sure about this.

Id rather make these 2 crystals a bit more rare then normal crystals and allow them to mix them with the old ones.

It would't, check this first, and do some calcs.
To be short, upgrading PL faster is unchanged, since the faster way is to raise all stats/resistances equally.
Edit:
Example: You has enough all 6 stats crystals to raise the 8th upgrade: 8491*6=42445.
The 1 ninth upgrade cost 16134 crystals, and you have left 7643 crystals, and sacrificed 5 other stat upgrades...
