QUOTE(Death Grunty @ Jun 14 2011, 13:53) A new type of award. The Wandering Prize.First. It can only be owned by someone who has at least one active monster. Second. If you defeat the monster of the current holder of the wandering prize it gets transfered to you. Third. If you delete or deactivate all of your monsters the wandering prize is transfered to the previous owner. (Unless he has no active monsters anymore, in that case the owner before him.) Is that possible? (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) Would be another incentive to create a vastly powerful monster that nobody else can fight. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) What the fu... I can't even... What? QUOTE If you defeat the monster of the current holder What if they have more than one monster? I'm not seeing how it actually transfers after the first time short of the player deleting all their monsters. I think you're missing QUOTE Fourth: If a monster defeats you the owner of that monster gets your Wandering Prize. This is actually a potentially fun idea. I'm too sleepy. I meant if someone defeats ANY monster of the current holder of the trophy.. that someone gets the trophy. And he keeps it until one of his monsters is defeated by another player. But your idea. Of monsters defeating players is better! This post has been edited by Death Grunty: Jun 14 2011, 20:27

A surprisingly Fun Idea.
I would make it: If your Monster kills the current holder you get the Prize. If you die whoever monster kills you gets it.
Could be something like +25% EXP (works like exp perks)

Interesting idea, but... Monsters are defeated all the time, players very rarely (if they're careful). If you win the prize by defeating the current holder's monster, you're going to keep it for about five seconds before someone else defeats one of yours. On the other hand, if you win it when your monster defeats someone else, you could hold on to the damn thing indefinitely, and no one else would ever see it. In fact, it'll probably end up belonging to Tenboro...

Here's some suggestions:
- Remove the credits bonus from GrindFest, but double the drops, change to +1000 loot bonus after round 200, instead of the current +500 after the 100 rounds. (What I mean is, increasing +5 each round until cap at round 200, instead of capping at round 100)
- RiddleMaster instead of lasting 20 turns, change to last 5 rounds. I think this way is better for everyone since we get a boost for the same % of challenge's time regardless style of difficulty.
- Allow proficiency bonuses work with mixed armor. Example: 1 heavy, 2 light, 2 cloth pieces = 1/5 heavy prof bonus + 2/5 light prof bonus + 2/5 cloth prof bonus.

I would miss the Credits but love the Crystal drop rate (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

QUOTE(cmdct @ Jun 15 2011, 05:01) - Remove the credits bonus, all item drops, and experience from GrindFest, and make it so you have to complete at least 10 rounds per hour or you lose 10% of your current stamina.
Fixed that for you.

Kidding or not, there's a good thing about that suggestion, which is most of the annoying members would retire from HV, and stop posting for good. This post has been edited by cmdct: Jun 16 2011, 12:43

Time limit for prize possession. 1-day minimum and 1-week maximum, for example. You can't immediately lose the prize, and you can't indefinitely keep it, either. Rather than using a "queue holders" system which would highly prioritize top-tier users, when the prize timeouts, hand it to a random monster of a random power level so that everyone gets a chance. And make it so that you have to defeat that one monster to get the prize. This post has been edited by Mika Kurogane: Jun 17 2011, 10:17

idea:- when we cast shield or Barrier spell, they can absorb damage in points. If they are give mitigation in percentage then it should be helpful on high difficulties.
If you don't like then ignore.

It's been suggested a million times. QUOTE(cmdct @ Jun 17 2011, 05:27) .... Sayo, and a few other people. Although most aren't much active any more.
Striking out on the first pitch. That's impressive.

I don't play baseball (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) Boggyb, you might have some differences with him, but imo he isn't a annoying guy.

Frith said he already has 1000 kills because he lets his monster kill him all the time (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)
