This is the reason to implement that counter measure, but I find it quite too drastic. If you have a good but rare equipment that you don't use anymore, it is a shame to salvage it because you can't trade it anymore.
A softer stance wouldn't be bad. Something like what I suggested, a service that requires you to use an item (like fragment soul, amnesia shard etc) to make an item tradeable once more, along with a bot check to deters bot-buying. Another idea is that you can only do that once a day, a week or even a month. Those ideas, I feel, still prevent abuse and yet allowing a degree of trading of used equipment (barring soulfused equipment of course).

Only equipment bought from the bazaar becomes untradeable, and equipment sold to the bazaar in the first place is trash 99.99% of the time anyway. Halfway decent equipment is nearly always bought from other players (or rarely, self-dropped), and in both of those cases the equipment can be used and then later freely sent to someone else, as long as it isn't soulfused first of course.

The other case, in which quite good equipment is sold to the bazaar and then bought by a player, and then that player wants to use or sell that equipment to someone else, is exactly the case that bot-buyers would benefit from.

Lower cooldown for Orbital Friendship Cannon would be nice. Maybe 40 turns instead of 50.

Or maybe have the "Manehattan Project" hath perk lower the cooldown as well as boost the damage from it.

It's almost impossible for lower level users to get Exq.Power.Plate.of.Slaughters. However higher level 400+ users will get them often. But it will be LV 400+ so newbies can't equip it. About time newbies can find all Ex power slaughter they'll be over level 400 so they don't need it. In current HV, anything under Legendary is useless unless it's from pre 0.82 patch.

Suggest item level limit to be set less strict for newbies.

Player level vs Item quality system.

Anything under average items should be level unassigned for players under level 101.
Anything under Exquisite items should be level unassigned for players under level 201.
Anything under Magnificent items should be level unassigned for players under level 301.

If you are over level 401 then you can afford soul bind legendary items so no need to change.

That's it.

A hath perk that decreases damage would be nice. Similar to the ones we have that increase damage. It could be in tiers of 10-15-20-25-30 like the current ones, or they could be lower if that's too imbalanced.

Edit: decreases incoming damage that is, damage done to you.

If you wanted each combat style to be well-supported, why not have each respond with some kind of opportunistic counterattack?
Mages could drop the status effect of their last spell on any enemy whose attack is successfully resisted,
1h already uses parry and block,
dual-wield could use evade,
and 2h could use parry

The nicest bonus is that, aside from 1h, the other two wouldn't be intrinsically good at their respective choices, so it keeps things in balance with the rather underwhelming Overwhelming Strike proc.

If synergy is desired, the choice of 2h or dual-wield is honestly rather arbitrary.

I feel, however, that if dual-wield had a counterattack, it should only be at the power of offhand strike. Anything that seems appropriate (read: easy to implement) would be nice for 2h.

Please make having high hit chance (more than 200%) do something. Maybe increase anti-parry/resist or something depending on how high it is. Would make Niten actually okay for example.

Also, make having more than 50% accuracy on your offhand do something, I'm sitting at 54% with my rapier and it doesn't do anything at all, doesn't even add to my normal accuracy.

Some potion/enchant that boost your drop chance (either in general or a specific type of item like normal drop or equipment) for XXX real time would be nice.

Attack speed and Attack crit damage bindings would be nice.

Also allow us to forge upgrade level 10 weapons/armor with stats they didn't have pre-IW. Like attack speed, crit damage, counter-parry, mana conservation, etc.

But only at level 10, and upgrading those stats would lock it at level 10. So amnesia shards would be unusable after being forged with those stats.
