Shouldn't mages have some sort of ability that encourages chaining spells off of debuff?

Ex.
Holy de-buffed enemy, cast a dark spell on it gain the following:
reduced cast time
reduced mana cost
One of:
Increased Damage
Increased AoE
Explosion Debuff hits multiple nearby targets

Reason for this being right now every mage gets pigeonholed into his specific element, no reason to branch out into other kinds of magic since Imperil solves most problems. This could at least encourage some variety in terms of playstyle.

About curses: I think curse-weaver equips would be more intresting if the deprecating proficiency affected the number of targets.
For example: number of targets = Min(10, Round(default^(proficiency / player level))). So, if default = 3,
prof = 0, targets = 1;
prof = PL, targets = 3;
prof = PL*2, targets = 9

2H skills need a boost.
I used all 3 against a target in Normal, and couldn't kill it, while if I had been in Hell with 1H, I would probably have killed it with just the first 2 skills.

Power, number of targets, status ailments, I don't know what's good, but it does need something.

Yes, if you use HV Item Manager you can select everything in a pane at once for salvaging/mooglemailing/etc. It's quite handy.

Okay, now I'm going to explain my mad idea I thought about some days ago (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

First, Making a reliable way for non-1H melee to gain overcharge with spirit stance activated.
Like replacing dw and niten offhand chance with "chance of counter-attack on parry" (and add it to 2h too).

Second, changing parry's effect.
In real life, when you parry some attack, you don't really take 0 damage from it. If the hit is strong, you get some recoil.
It would be cool to change the parry chance to rolls (50, 75, 90%), like resist does now.
Then extend parry to magic hits too (if you can block magic, why can't you parry it?), removing resist chance, replacing it with parry chance on cloth and light armor.
(and if it would result overpowering 1h even more, then remove parry bonus for 1h, reducing it to half the mainhand weapon's parry only, annihilating the other parry bonuses if you go for 1h style)
(maybe changing the pab that gives parry from DEX to AGI could be an idea, in this way the change doesn't nerf mages)

With something like that every melee class should be more balanced.
If it makes the game too easy...simple, reduce the parry rolls a bit.

Few request:
- A new service in bazaar that makes items untradeable, tradeable once again. To do so you need a droppable item (much like fragment soul for soulfuse) to be able to use the service, and a bot check (like riddlemaster event) to prevent abuse.
- New abilities regarding spirit stance. Something along the lines getting faster, less MP use, being able to use skills without having to use skill 1 to get skill 2 etc.
- New abilities that affect skills themselves. Like the second skill of 2H hits more targets with an upgrade.
- A new random event when entering an arena or a RoB challenge: All mob/boss turns into a mutated mob/boss. All their base stats gets *1.XX, and the arena clear drops gets +1 trophy tier as compensation (for example, clearing the first arena on normal difficulty, with this random event on: gets T2 arena clear drop upon completing the arena instead of T1).


Wishful request (as in likely not implemented, but I'm asking it anyway):
Some, if not all abilities have 10 upgrades instead of random number of upgrade. Each ability is separated in two parts, basic level which is the 5 first upgrade, and master level which is the 5 last upgrade. For the latter, you need a mastery point to access this, along filling the basic level.
This request has the purpose of further specializing, like a mage who wants to get better only on wind elemental, gets all mastery on relevant abilities.

EDIT: Another request is that player's monsters have a small chance to appear as boss, and drop monster gift instead usual drop (like low metal, binding etc).
