It would be logical. Action speed is actually a "slow down monsters" effect as it is now. The buff would also affect light armor users the most, and light needs all the help it can get, even just an increase of buff duration. Mages have plenty of channelling effects and don't need more buff duration, so such a buff shouldn't affect them much compared to light.

0.84 patch : GOOD NEW! Imperial for Melee will cost only 25% mana now and reduce monster resistance to melee attack, so melee can IMP all and then fight, too!

Wait a minute, I just tested and buff duration actually decrements with each turn and not with each player action. I feel dumb right now. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)
