Upon selling a piece of equipment to the bazaar, make it have a drop of, say, 100 levels before going on the shelves. People sell stuff to the bazaar because it's trash for their level, so this drop of level can incite more people to buy from the bazaar, especially newbies, who don't often find good equipment at their level and yet are the category that need better equipment the most. Equipment bought from the bazaar is untradable anyway.

Raising the level of soulfuse-able items?

The bazaar is an endless sea of legendary items that are like 410+++++

It would be nice being able to soulfuse 1 of them, and would take enough effort to do so.

Or lowering level 405++++ items to something lower automatically like Dan31 is suggesting above me maybe..?

Item World suggestion. For every level up give the player the option to choose what potency goes to his/her gear.

E.g. when the gear is leveled up the player is awarded with one IW point to spend on any desired potency. This would reduce the use of Amnesia Shards as well avoid unwanted potencies.

style : victorian knight

2 handed spear.
slashing damage
can be equipped with shield
proc effect : bleeding wound
damage range same as katana

the rest is same as niten except, the proficiency is 2H and 1H combined, while niten is 2H + dw.

No, that's a Hoplite.

Maybe a balanced scale with the base of total mean/average player levels with a random
+/- 50% of the total mean/average player level.

and the option to use them (& other *Forge Items) to for a chance to power up an equipment in the forge. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

* Forge Items (examples)
Bowl of Hell Fire = Raises the Forge Temp ~+25% chance of +1 Quality/Level & +10 to Fire/Dark Mitigation +/or Damage {Rare Expensive Item}
Succubus Blood = ~+25% chance to imbue +1 Health/Ether Drain {Uncommon item}

I want to be able to "pray" at the shrine to get specific drops, to randomly increase the probability that those in particular do appear, possibly with an option to make live sacrifices donations in credits and items to get more attention from Snowflake.

It should only apply to the sup-ex-mag and Tier 1, or people will abuse it for leveling down a high level piece.
