New arena - 100? rounds
monster damage = rand(100%, 100% + 0.02% * Round_Number)
monster HP = rand(100%, 100% + 0.02% * Round_Number)
If you get unlucky enough to get 300% / 300%... hope you're not a mage. Depreciating spells might start being pretty useful.

30% chance of monsters spawning with full MP and SP
-
Chance of spawning in Lava, lose ? HP/turn in that round( / nullifies Regen?)
-
Chance of spawning in cursed area, chance of an active buff disappearing until you manually re-cast it
-

Etc. Force people to play much more carefully than they do normally (can't spellspam/mousemelee mindlessly), in exchange for something nice like a high tier clear bonus, or 30 minutes of an equipment quality or drop rate boost. Maybe require blood tokens to enter - people have been talking about having many more than they have reason to use, after all.

Etc etc. Anything to break the monotony of current arenas/GF, specifics don't matter (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I would love to see the custom boss mob feature added to the game. Limit it to one per account, and add an outrageously expensive hath sink to make it into 2 and 3 mobs per account. The boss monster should have double scaling as compared to regular monsters and in return it should offer increased loot quality/quantity when killed. Also, limit the amount of spawned bosses scale based on difficulty.

Rather than having that be new arenas, I think it would be better if it was a slew of "salts" that could be added to the arenas, like difficulty setting, had an aspect of randomness, and added another Arena Clear Bonus at the end for each one selected.

I had assumed he meant soul fragments themselves, similar to how you get forge materials back from salvaging. There's nothing exploitable in that. Though it would be a hassle to keep track of exactly how many soul fragments each soulfused equipment has costed, so it might be easier to just return a flat 25 on salvage.

That's if the idea is implemented, but I think getting fragments back kind of defeats the purpose of soulfusing being meant to be costly/time consuming to do.

It should probably be like 5, so that it really only benefits you if you had several obsolete equips soulbound already.

Ah my mistake, in that case I take back what I said. As far as your suggestion, I'm guessing Tenboro will say no because the idea of soulbinding is to bind items you are unlikely to ever replace or won't replace for a while (atleast mag+ if not leg+). But that's just my personal opinion.

Add a new perk will be unlock for level 500 player only. To allow players change their level to any level in 1-500.


Lower drop:
Player will now drop the equipment below your level for about 0-100 randomly.

I assume that perk would rollback your abilities and gear appropriately (possibly arenas and RoB as well)? A cruel take on this would be to lock your current gear at the higher level so you have to get new gear all over again.

But there is a simpler solution to this problem just make everyone lvl 500, that solves everything right, jk?

Change HV into a MAX-LEVEL-START game should be interesting.

I hardly see any 450+ player gain many creidts from equipment drop these days.

Since there was a topic about new arenas, idea: a duel arena.
It would be an arena where there's only 1 monster per round.

The point is that a much bigger percentage of players would have somewhere they can try PFUDOR at (though they need to survive the first monster while casting buffs to get something out of it), once a day.

I've just accidentally salvaged my best weapon instead of entering it's item world...
Obviously I wasn't paying any attention of what I was doing but what is done is done...

Maybe such a destructive action should have a confirmation alert?
Ironically the item world does have an alert confirming if you want to enter.

Just a suggestion, sorry if that was mentioned before.

Just re-buy it in the bazaar, within a given time.
In addition, you should lock the item.
