Don't you mean "If it is expected that 100% of leg power slaughters should be between an unknown lower bound below Smax and an upper bound of Lmax ( or Pmax?)". 100% becomes a coding error, not a statistical error. 1 non-conforming case is enough to disprove 100%, 1 non-conforming case is not enough to disprove 99%, you need more. Enough trials for 5 successes is a rule of thumb (to not get wiped out by variance). In the case for power slaughter helm ADB, the rolls are 9-23, possibly being 9-25 since leg can apparently roll up to PMax now. It could be around 30% that are MMax or higher (assuming the lowest roll is 16 for legendary, I have no idea what the lowest is). So you want a sample size of 17 unbiased power slaughters at least.

Could an option be added that would auto restore stats (assuming the player has draughts/pots/elixers) before starting a battle: RE, Arena (round 1 only ofc), ect.
Before you make the argument that a player should manually recover their stats and if they don't they deserve to die ect. Keep in mind the 'cost' of this option is that you'd potentially waste draughts even if you are Max HP -1.

Can the monster with physical skill attacks have their mp system changed to use overcharge like players for their skills, and have mages ether tab absorb magical monsters mp.

Delicious tears. I'm only after legendary not peerless so I have gotten 3 upgrades (1 found, 2 trade) since new patch.
My epic IW spree with no Jug (1 jug potency in 60+ rounds) is mind numbing though. I almost want to keep going to set some kind of fail record.

I'd say that allowing it to boost quality of equipment in general, including plate, weapons and shields (as it were pre-patch) is more important and also likely will require less work (of course no one can be sure about "amount of work" ).

Make it into - 30 minutes ban for the first wrong answer
- 2 hours ban for the second wrong answer
- 8 hours ban for the third wrong answer
- 32 hours ban for the 4th wrong answer
- 128 hours ban for the 5th wrong answer
- Permanence ban for the 6th wrong answer
