Yup that was my first.

That's true. I didn't think your peerless charged cap was going to be that much better than my cap, but it's actually 1000+ (edit: +1243) magic score higher, which is insane. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) Peerless is really bomb stuff.

I think the price of Phazons will start to drop soon™. Rich people have enough while poor people can never get them.

Whilst declining, there are still mages with deep pockets who need to spend a huge amount of credits to make mage effective.


Melee don't need to forge much except for improving clear speed.

1H gear + power slaughter armour is more expensive than most mage gear now.

That's not a solution. :/ I use the basic font because I like it. And it's not hard to fix anyway, the text box that causes the problem just needs a few more pixels in width.

So when does Shortsword get rolled into Axe? Why should this category get more options then any other! No wonder 1H is all people are raving about, so many choices!

It's effectively on par since slaughter with non-weenie ADB rolls is so insanely painfully rare.

Seriously, how much do you see that has even MMax ADB base being thrown around?

Considering spectacular rarity of Peerless drops I think there is strong justification for improvement in quality over Legendary. Additional 5% quality buff with all existing Peerless bonuses sounds like a fair deal.

Right now v. good Leg is marginally worse than (often equal to) Peerless. Taking into account highly unlikely nature of Peerless drop (lottery is another matter) occurrence it's pretty hmmm..... need a word or two.... dubious [?] addition.

In short if you get Peerless gear it should without doubt trounce everything below it by some respectable margin - which often simply isn't the case.

Then make a userscript as a temporary fix?

add new hath perk - Spirit Bond (or Soul Bond)
similar to Spark of Life (but quite different)
activated before SoL, if HP<0, but within range active regen+regenration can heal at end of turn

code (not C friendly):
/after each mob action/
if HP<0 and HP<HPspell+HPpot and SBflag=0 then SBflag=1
else "check for SoL or be defeated"
/it would activate SoL if any next mobs lands hit and have already negative hp/
/after last mob action/
if SBflag=1 then SBflag=0 and "do standart regen at end of turn"


standart exmple:
have 200/1000HP, regeneration 100HP/turn
monster BAd@ss crits you for 201 dmg
you have been defeted (-1/1000HP)

with SB perk:
have 200/1000HP, regeneration 100HP/turn
monster BAd@ss crits you for 201 dmg
"you'r too addicted to life, so you live little longer" (just text your hp was bellow 0)
regeneration restores 100HP
have 99/1000HP

Since the subject of Spark of Life was brought up, can we has a popup/pause when it triggers, like certain scripts have? The way it is now, its usefulness is quite limited for quick-paced battles.
