change the dark spell proc from 10% damage reduction to 10% health drain
only suggesting because it bothers me that there's 2 damage reduction procs

If possible implement multiple offerings/sacrifices at the shrine.
Click a trophy. Select how many want to shrine, pick equipment class, OK -> List appear with the result(s).

I believe there is a script for that somewhere, but like most things it would be better implemented on tenboro's side

Monster pane on left would be nice. I think the self-buffs + quickslot should still be on the left too though. up down w/ mouse would be better than left right.
maybe health/mana/spirit too, layed out horizontally on top, then buffs/quickslots under, then monster pane. all the necessary info for battle in a tight box you can easily look at, w/o having to glance far left or right.
