I have seen something fun in komica HV forum:
Someone argued about muti-account informers like moriya123.

Some of the muti-account informers may tell the turth (the lottery iusse), Some are simply making arbitrary charges (1-2month ago in Wts if my memory is right... all the rich player were charged with muti-account-cheaters ).

It wastes a lot time for forum managers to judge or find out the turth and sometime arbitrary charges make everything quite ugly. The komica HV forum is almost a battlefield instead of forum now.


SO, My suggestion:

It's time to make a clearly rule for all these mess:

Informers should use their own account not muti-account or the informers will be punished instead of the one being informered against.

Reason:
1 There is no need to protect informers no like the real world.
2 Muti-account informers cost a lot of time for managers to judge (I don't know how many such P.M. Tenb may get one day... but I suspect it can make anyone crazy.)
3 Muti-account informers make real ugly faces sometime, they have ruined some unofficial HV forum, like komica HV forum. Since some anonymous informers arbitrary charges Chazer, few and few people using that forum which really make me sad.

Second, just a typo (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif) .. Chazer is a former auction holder who was accused by some muti-account informers but he is actually innocent .(in komica forum first, and then in EH forum)

Someone is multi-acc like me,but I haven't use it to do any illegal trade,but you,0 alex 0,and fenixray and some ppl were not,someone usef it to double-chance lottery,someone usef it to get more meterial

There is nothing can do with eh forums.

Even banning the multi-account, say, moriya123, there is no effects on unofficial forums.

Claim down, you will not be banned unless you had done something illegal and evidence provided.

Yeah I agree but they did get a second chance. People were posting the info from other forums and screenshots from here back in late December and January. Tenboro said that he was looking at it in regards to the people that had been accused, and said if anyone did go ahead with using multi accounts in the lotto that they would receive a strict punishment and banned. Personally if it was me, I would have taken the item and given temp bans.

If anything, you can blame the people in the past that kept bending/breaking the rules and getting forgiven and breaking the rules again, so it wasn't worth giving endless chances anymore. I quite like the people that got banned, but on the other hand everyone was warned.

There was a warning in the past about being banned, and people still went ahead with it. People that haven't donated/contributed don't get a warning, they just get banned.

Maybe its a language issue, when someone says I won't ban anyone now but I am watching the situation and will give out bans if I see this occur, most people take it as a warning?

I don't mind receiving claims from anyone (including dupes) as long as the claim is legit.
But god, just don't claim you're using a dupe account in public like moriya123...

Nobody should get any kind of privilege. Especially when there has been multiple instances of multi-accounting being caught in the past.
