Having more than 100% hit chance will give you anti-evade. That's (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) But what about having more than 200%? Proposal 1. Any % hit chance higher than 200% will give you extra crit damage, up to a maximum of 100%. With the base crit damage being 150%, max crit damage being 200%, there's a 50% difference. Each % hit chance over 200% will reduce this 50% difference by said %. Example: 250% hit chance will give you 150% + 50% * (100% - 50%) = 175% crit damage. Proposal 2. Any % hit chance higher than 200% will act as a multiplier for crit chance. So having 300% hit chance will double your critical chance. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) I just got a savage power of balance, hence the suggestions (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Is it too much to show the amount of tickets each winners of the lottery tickets bought.
Also a top 5 of the most tickets bought that day? Would really cuts down on bitching to see how much GP people actually waste

Delete the 2-5 places of the lottery
As the lottery is designed as a GP sink, if the first prize is good enough (such as today), then no matter there are 2-5 places or not, players still will to pay for it.
Also multiple-account problem can be eliminated.

I suggested this a long time ago. What I should have done is do what everyone else is doing: Multi-account and play lottery. This lottery has broken the game and made it a rat race. You either have to get ahead the legitimate way (contribute to the site) or cheat. And even if I run H@H 24/7 as much and as fast as I can, I still can't beat cheaters. The rest of us have to fool around with janky ExqMax gear while cheaters play with Peerless. There's probably no way you can determine if multi-accounters are duping anyway. perhaps beating PFUDOR DwD should unlock a new title with corresponding melee style: nudist. it would function like a monk from other games for the most part. *instead of weapons, you get a damage boost equal to (nude prof * 20) + (level/4) to make up for not having access to bleed/stun/PA/void damage *instead of armor, you get a 35% boost to evade + (nude prof *0.05) and END has double the effect on PMI/MMI formulas *formulas for resist and parry remain unchanged
