Not every country has the good sense to realize that there's no victim in a drawing, commonwealth countries are a good example [en.wikipedia.org] but there's way more. Microsoft already has shown they can, and do, detect illicit images by hash with PhotoDNA, albeit it's restricted to things like OneDrive and Bing atm I can see that reaching further and further as time and the means to do so move on. If you're in a country where drawings can get you fucked over I don't think it's too paranoid to not want an OS that will only phone home with more and more data as time goes on. Hell even putting those concerns aside I don't want that shit.
