I always type g.e-hentai.org to access this site since I knew it. Recently, someone asked me what is the difference between typing e-hentai.org and g.e-hentai.org to access this site and I couldn't tell. Please explain to me for I am an IT dump.

g. used to be the old sub domain for the galleries. There's fundamentally no difference, going to g.e-hentai just redirects you to the non subdomain site e-hentai.org, though full gallery links seen to throw an error for me. Just use https://e-hentai.org
g.e-hentai used to differentiate more the galleries site from hentaiverse or the forum, but it's obsolete now. There is currently a redirection for backward compatibility, but it is not sure if it will stay forever, it's better to stop using it.
