A while ago, the front page has stopped from working.the pictures&background will not load,and search always return ''no hits found'' no matter what I search.I dont know why is this happening, but I think it might have sth to do with the '*.ehgt.org' thing. Yes, tor could be the problem. Blame the people who try to use tor for abuse, they tend to trigger the site's defensive mechanisms.

Mmm...I haven't tried H@H yet because I'm currently behind a public router and I cannot configure it.
But in theory it should because it's using P2P method(correct me if I'm wrong).You'd better PM Tenboro for the details.

So the site uses your cookie to determine how many images you have until you've reached the limit for today, and for that purpose it can distinguish your account from all the others - but the anti-flood measures can't use the cookie information, only IP numbers? I wonder if there's no other way to implement them...

It doesn't use cookies for any of the limitation mechanisms.

The gallery system is working fine for me, seems your connection to it has trouble.

hmm ..... don't think so. i tried using my laptop with a wireless broadband connection instead of my desktop with the fixed line broadband & its still the same problem & my laptop did not use for e-hentai b4 so there is no cookie in it so i think not cookie issue also. Could it be connection for some countries?

Well I'm posting here from Singapore. The galleries, front page, search, etc is down for me at least, since almost a week.

I'm having the same problem in the UK, tried different machines, browses and even deleted all cookies.

I'm also from Singapore. So now its China, Singapore, UK having issue. I try testing with your-freedom proxy also no good. The your-freedom proxy servers that i used are Singapore, UK, Hong Kong, Switzerland , US & Germany also same problem (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

Edited : Ok , tried Canada & Sweden server also no good , too bad your-freedom does not have netherland server to try. hmm ..... Dlaglacz , r u using Hentai@Home? Not sure if anyone using H@H will have problems since i'm not using it.

Edited : Ok , given up on the troubleshooting. here is a summary of what i find & did using my Desktop with a 6MB/s fixed line ADSL broadband
1) Front Page is messed up but buttons/icons still clickable ( test with your-freedom proxy also same result)
2) Search function not working, it always show "no hit found" ( test with your-freedom proxy also same result)
3) image not loading in front page thumbnail & individual gallerys even when opening the individual image webpage. ( test with proxy same result)

4) images from advertisement is loading properly, Torrents ,My Home , My Favorites , Toplists , Bounties , Upload Gallery , Maintain Galleries , Forums , Help, e-hentai main website,
hentaiverse are working properly. Heck, even 4chan website is working properly for me now

I tested with my laptop with my 1MB/s wireless broadband also showed the above results.

Everything was ok about 5 days ago except for the front page was messed up but search & image loading was still ok when i went to bed but the next morning, it was not working anymore. 1st i thought its my ISP so i tried my proxy which always works when i encounter some images not loading properly but it turns out to be no good this time. Looking at the forums & saw some posts so it seems i'm not the only one too.
But like Dlaglacz said it could be ISP but with proxy also no good & all the rest of the website is still working so i doubt might be it.
On the Twitter i saw that there is currently a image transferring to a new upload server so i'm wondering could that be the cause or part of it? well you know ..... image transfer lead to image not loading? maybe?
By the way, i'm not using hentai@home so i can't test whether H@H will work or not.

Thats my findings. Anyone else has done any troubleshooting? or is it really the anti-flooding thingy?
This is bad ..... no image for almost a week & going to be full moon soon ........ i might start to change ........... ah wooooooooffffff

There's nothing wrong with the site, there's something wrong with the other people who are using the proxies you are using. Seeing as I can't tell the defensive AI to whitelist the proxies in question since that would open up a whole lot of problems, I'm afraid you will need to find another way to access the site.
