Hard question. There were plenty of bad ones, but none really sticks out.
I find myself incredibly disappointed with modern anime stories these days as well.
Often starting out with a great premise, then getting incredibly generic after the author runs out of ideas.

All I see is wasted potential, which is good for the fanfic market.
Those writers are filled with love and spite for the works they write on.

Solo Leveling. I hate that overrated garbage so much. I hate Sung Jin-Woo with a passion. I hate that the characters are ONLY made to suck his dick constantly. I hate how everything is almost always very convenient for him just to lazily move the plot forward. I cringe really hard at how edgy he is just for the sake of it. I hate that it's popular and praised for no other reason than "it looks cool"

I've got an entire list of animes that I either hated or just didn't give a shit about and some of my picks on there would have me labelled a tourist by limp phimosis dicked squirrel looking cucks (cough Horimiya, Oregairu, Jujutsu Kaisen, Solo Leveling, Rent a Girlfriend, Please Put them on Takamine-san, MAHOAKO, COUGH COUGH.).

Okay, most shonenromslop goes onto my disliked or dgaf list immediately, but that one recent anime where the subtard goes "oh gEE tHiS giRL's iN Le EpiC OtAku cLuB? HeH, I bEt sHe oNLy reADs GirlY ShoUjo aNd nOt rEAL aNimE LiKE I rApEd mY yOuNgER bRotHeR wHO tUrnEd inTo a LoLi iN aNoTHer WoRLd, gUh *disgusting fucking splurging sound that's actually his small singular testicle manufacturing the single sperm cell that he will ever use and proceed to waste on a shittily drawn png of Rias Gremory being fucked by the average hentai server moderator in front of Issei*" especially pisses me off.

But when talking about most hated, as in, an anime that genuinely makes me seethe more than my pride would let me admit just thinking about it, I'd have to say The Dangers in My Heart. Because at least with that anime I was talking about in the first paragraph, it flopped so fucking hard I couldn't even remember its name. But with The Dangers in My Heart? Good fucking lord. Literal industry plant of a fucking anime. I can't even fathom how mad I am just typing this out right now. It's literally just fucking NOTHING. NOTHING!!! FUCK!!! It's whole spiel is literally just the single fucking trope of popular girl falls in love with loser guy and NOTHING ELSE! With My Dress Up Darling at least they made Gojo have talent. With Bunny Girl Senpai at least Sakuta has a pair of fully developed balls and a circumcised shaft. With Komi Can't Cum at least Tadano has a fucking purpose. But the main guy who I honestly couldn't even care to look up the name of, he's just??? Nothing??? And people on youtube and twitter and basically anywhere else just hyped it up? Literal industry plant of an anime, not even Rent a Cuckbucket pissed me off this bad. Wanna know why? Because at least the art style had SOMETHING! Shit, even the artstyle of TDIMH is just fucking without any sort of substance. Both Ryuji and that failed emo look like shit but at least I can look at the female leads of Rent a Girlfriend and pinpoint at least a modicum of personality.

I cannot agree more, they just start out with great concepts but then soon after go to same old stuff, the stories are seeming to have ran into some sort pf repeated pattern, feels like it has become a bussines more then a passion for writers

I juggle between hating Guilty Crown or Fullmetal Alchemist: Conqueror of Shambala the most.

The creator has forgotten how to express it, and the animator acts like a puppet
The ambiguous narrative wasn't as impressive as the OST "Telepath" and I understood it to be my last pastime before the director retired

I mean yeah there are a lot of bad anime, the problem I see as the most common one is that no writer these days is coming up with new concepts, the only surviving anime are either based on some franchise and are continuing or either they are a mixture of different shit, sci-fi blended into isekai, or isekai blended into slice of life or romcom, lot of fan service, O don't know why writers don't consider giving em mangas some real time.
