hey,

i got problems trying to see images
all the thumbnails are properly displayed
but when i click on an image in the gallery it only shows a broken image
yet i can still see said image if i rightclick and "show image"

i already allowed mixed-content but it still does not fix it
no problems in chrome

i have noscript, adblock and ghostery but they are all disabled on this website, also whitelisted just in case

wiki did not help me

Because of Hentai@home most images aren't loaded from e-hentai servers, but thumbnails are.
It's irrelevant to whitelist e-hentai, you have to make sure your addons don't block 3rd party images or http requests on the site. I'm pretty sure Ublock origin doesn't block anything here by default. [imgur.com] https://imgur.com/a/9BvEjcC

even if i allow the individual adresses of each image, it wont load
the firefox console still talks about mixed content, even tho im allowing it

Even with security.mixed_content.block_active_content set to true it doesn't block images here for me. Nor does it for most other people I assume.
Disable your blocking addons, see if it works. Then enable them 1 by 1 to find which one is doing it.

security.mixed_content.block_active_content
security.mixed_content.block_display_content
security.warn_viewing_mixed

Set all of these to false.

oh, it's security.mixed_content.block_display_content that's blocking images. You don't have to change others.

ok i think i fixed it now even tho i changed the mixed_content stuff to default settings
i finally managed to get the website to be whitelisted in the content blocking
before i didnt have the option to do so
browser.contentblocking.control-center.ui.showAllowedLabels
this allowed me to enable the whitelisting
