QUOTE(Tripwire__ @ Jul 13 2019, 02:33) *

Just trying to inject a humorous jab into what is otherwise a fairly morbid subject. It isn't at all relevant to the rest of my post. If you want to interpret it that way, be my guest. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
My point in saying all that is that each individual idea, regardless of assignation of approximate location on any political model, must be scrutinized based on its own merit.

Ergo, there is no such thing as a "crazy point" because it's relative.

Modern capitalism is killing millions right now, whether through colonialism, pandering to climate change deniers and the biggest carbon emitters (industries), exorbitant and exploitative medicine prices, inducing a culture of alienation that has lead to increases in mental health issues and suicide, starvation, or homelessness (in spite of usable surpluses in labour, food, and shelters in capitalist countries). Are any of these crazy ideas? Which ones?

My point is that setting a "crazy point" is meaningless and nonconstructive because it's entirely subjective based on each person's individual values.

Personally, my crazy point is killing the proletariat and most petite bourgeoisie en masse because they are largely the least responsible in generating capitalist and reactionary propaganda and mismanaging the means of production. I strongly prefer peaceful reform but I think that given the current economic, social, and environmental crises, I would shed no tears if there were to be a violent and surgically precise revolution to take out the bourgeoisie (i.e. top 1% of earners).

I would be completely open to communism and/or anarchism and/or socialism in some way, shape, or form, so long as my jurisdiction had the means to implement it sustainably, improve the floor of my region's quality of life, and generally with minimal or no violence.

And I have no problem with any of these social economic political systems typically labelled as "extremist" because they are irrelevant. What I care about is sustainability; minimal economic, social, and political stratification (because this is more sustainable and fair and adheres to my ideas regarding equality); and positive peace (as opposed what Martin Luther King Jr. describes as "negative peace" -- the absence of justice).

So what's your crazy point?

Anyway, I have my two posts now. Hopefully I get Recruit soon so I can edit my profile info and then never post again.

Hierarchy is inherent in all social animals, forcing "fairness" is tyrannical.
That's what's wrong with your world view.

Leftism is a mental disease born out of envy for those better than them, they only know how to tear down the strong while making themselves look like victims.
Such people should be disposed of by all means, there is no honor in reveling in weakness instead of becoming stronger.
You cannot trust weak people or dishonorable people who gaslight you with bolshevik tactics.
Calling someone a racist is marxist, closed door hearings are kangaroo courts, failure to enforce laws is dereliction of duty and punishable by death if their job is critical enough.

My entire life i've seen rightwing people bend over backwards for democracy.
There are the cuckservatives...might as well call them democrat saboteurs.
The RINO's, they are greedy and corrupt assholes that take money from lobbyists and exchange favors with anyone.
The warhawks, a mix between militaristic idiots and zionists who want to protect Israel for some reason.
The globalists who are the international "merchant" who see people as GDP numbers and use doublespeak and are totalitarians and want to control all facets of civil freedoms and rights. A mix of communist and capitalist ideologies who reside in almost all factions/parties/organizations.

The ancient Greeks did not like using democracy on any population zone bigger then a city state because it always got corrupted into a bureaucratic mess.

I have rarely ever seen rightwingers punch back at people until the last few years, my guess is that they are simply too civil/honorable/respectful/tolerant and that's why we are living in clown world today, not enough fighting back and losing every battle.
But those times are changing thankfully, it might not be enough to avert a world war but at least it'll prepare the future generations of rightwingers not to make the same mistakes again when it comes to fighting fire with fire.

[www.investors.com] The democrats have shifted ot the left

[assets.pewresearch.org] The divide between Democrats and Republicans is growing

When you shift to the left there are no brakes, the democrats are now more left on many issues than ever. If you were a moderate Democrat in 2012, you are now closer to the Republicans politically as they have only shifted slightly to the right, though there were already further right compared to other countries.

The hypothesis as stated at the start of the thread is to do with social media, our AI overlords have found the reinforcing your own beliefs and matching you with people with those beliefs will get more clicks. However on the right its really easy to see who is too far to the right. On the left you can go really really left. Its politically incorrect to call out radical leftists.

[www.washingtonpost.com] The democrats have (not) gone to far left

On certain points true, but at the same time saying that we need to ignore the more radically left points because there is less establishment party support for them so they won't happen....

If China succeeds in toppling the US petro-dollar then the US won't be even able to afford its current spending... I think the pro-Iran leftists are missing that point. it will be GG like Venezuela, which is currently propped up by China.. in order to help topple the US petro-dollar.

AOC: Interment camps created under Obama are actually concentration camps under Trump.

And as soon as another Democrat is in charge they'll just call them "summer camps".
