Its still weekend-ish, right?
Barring any minor bugs or an HV patch, this will probably be the last update for STAT since I've decided to transition to a new format and with it a new name. Stay tuned.

I wonder how many flags I should allow for the new monster flagging function. Five seems like plenty, but maybe ten would be better. And I wonder if I should allow two different types of flags.

What would be the flags used for? More might be better depending on what function it serves.

To visually mark monsters so instead of having to read their names, just plug in MIDs and it'll fade/blink their little letter icon.

That sounds interesting. Maybe use two different types of flags for now and see how it goes and if it turns out to be a bad idea, you can always change it back.

QUOTE((Cheater) KamuiSeph @ Mar 13 2011, 22:30) Basically, every turn I see the regular old HV for a few seconds and then it turns into the upgraded version.
That's normal for me. You're probably having bad internet connection right now, or using a slow PC. Edit: Using some chrome extensions also slow down STAT for me. This post has been edited by cmdct: Mar 14 2011, 00:49

Request: Could you make a lightweight version of STAT, please ? The Light would have these features: 1) Show Debuff duration on enemies 2) Show Buff duration on player 3) Show Powerup icon. 4) Color healthbar and pop up near death. 5) Round counter on the left Strip everything else.
Playing those arenas where you need to bash to death 75-100+ Legendaries in a row, would go a lot faster, using a Light version of STAT.

Would using an old version help the load times each round of a battle? Bunko have your tried turning off most of the options in STATs? When I want to go fast I need to kill STATs, that helps the most for load times.

Turning off the tracking options doesn't help much. I'm thinking there's to much code there that Greasemonkey slows down. 50 % cpu used on dualcore. Turning off greasemonkey increases attack rate by a lot. Yes, I wouldn't mind trying an old version if I could find one. Turning off STAT, kinda kills me because I stand on my attack button, Silence wears off, and before I notice it, the enemy lands a super attack. Counter helps me react.
It seems that Show monster effect durations is what slows me down the most.

I can confirm that, every betas and rc gave me problems, not only with hv stat but also with hv in itself.

After upgrading to Firefox 4, clicking on the HV STAT (latest version) wrench dims the screen, but the HV STAT window itself never appears, so I can't look at any data or configure any settings. That's the only bug I have noticed so far, but I haven't been in battle yet.

FF4 probably broke something either in GM or jQuery. Nothing I can do about it.

Yeah, Firefox 4 made some pretty significant changes to the Javascript engine. :\ I don't know if this will help, but here is the error that the Error Console catches when clicking on the wrench icon: CODE Error: uncaught exception: [Exception... "Could not convert JavaScript argument arg 0 [nsIDOMViewCSS.getComputedStyle]" nsresult: "0x80570009 (NS_ERROR_XPC_BAD_CONVERT_JS)" location: "JS frame :: file:///C:/Users/username/AppData/Roaming/Mozilla/Firefox/Profiles/x52gte6a.default/extensions/%7Be4a8a97b-f2ed-450b-b12d-ee082ba24781%7D/components/greasemonkey.js :: <TOP_LEVEL> :: line 392" data: no] Seems like a Greasemonkey error?

Great work! makes the game even more fun and easier to see, like separating each turn into its own section and poping up when you find an item. 5/5 stars
