QUOTE(HASJ2 @ Dec 19 2009, 23:32) [ bugzilla.mozilla.org] https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=503481Interesting thing, for FF3.6b5 though. Maybe this could speed STAT up a little? I don't believe that this would make any difference, because STAT's script files are all stored on the local computer at installation time. Speaking of speeding up STAT, cmal and I have been working on that over the last few days. The next release version should be quite noticeably faster.

I so hope this is really true.... I have to admit that it's a VERY big choice to choose between an instant HV without any adds, or a slow HV with anything clearly displayed as well as some very nice tracking. Thanks again you two for working on this, and so fast also (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

How do you guys feel about putting the elemental data in a tooltip? I think I can get a popup box going like how Tenboro's got for HV's tooltips, but I haven't tried yet since I haven't worked on the script in a few days.

A preview is welcome, but I think you still have to come up with the code, so Yes for the tooltip!

But, why? It is not like it would not be loading when you don't like to see it (for better buttonmashfesting), no? I would rather see it all the time (but I am a mage, so yeah).

I just switched to a mage build for fun, and I have to agree here. A tooltip would be worse than static text, and it'd require at least the same load time, if not more. BTW guys, I just sent off a really solid update of STAT to cmal for a final looking over. Don't be surprised to see STAT 1.0.0 released very soon. Not only will it be a lot faster than previous versions, but it'll have a certain major feature that a lot of folks (including myself) have been requesting for quite some time. In other news, the Mythical Gems seem to fuck up the tracking. I got 400% on channeling chance (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

I got 400% on channeling chance (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif) That depends on which version you have. The latest version fixes exactly that (I already anticipated it, but I had a brain fart and tracked the wrong gem).

It's actually the latest version I'm running. Maybe there are some cookies left from the old version that bug around? As long as I'm the only one with this problem, I'll try to fix it on my side.

If you used a Mystic or Mana Gem before this version was released, then there would be some bugging occurring with the cookie. Just a matter of deleting the HVSTAT cookie. Man, I cannot wait until we move from using cookies to localStorage. Its gonna make data storage so much easier and more stable.

Pardon me for asking, but how does one uninstall the Cookies for just STAT??
I just installed your latest version, and I can't get into the Settings to change anything.
I'm assuming that maybe I can do something on my end first (like cleaning out the Cookies), and hoping/assuming that the problem isn't something wrong with the newest STAT.
EDIT: Just found the "delete individual Cookies" option in Firefox, but I can't seem to find your STAT in the list.
What is the actual name of the STAT Cookie??
2nd EDIT: It was indeed the old, stale Cookies that was the problem, and they have been located and removed.
Problem Fixed.

Your host still hates me, and script still refuses to install manually, so I'll be using ol'good trusty BBE with some minor additions from STAT 0.9.9

For the folks who are having this issue, I've mirrored STAT onto my google site. [ sites.google.com] Firefox Version[ sites.google.com] Chrome VersionDon't forget that you need the [ dev.chromium.org] Beta Version of Chrome to get STAT to work in that browser.

You guys rock SO hard. And I have never said that to anyone wearing a helmet before (not with a straight face, anyway), but I mean it this time. I think you'll have to wait on the karma, but you're on my list, again. And now, a battle simulation for your amusement. HV STAT v1 is Victorious! Cookie Monster points and laughs, spraying crumbs on your still-warm carcass. You slip and break your neck on the slick new optimization. You evade the attack from Cookie Monster.

Thank you (for Crome one), but it seems the issue is either with my Greasemonkey, or my Firefox. Switching to Chrome... Everything seems to work excellently (and look damn good) but there is a slight issue there: monster HP and Weaknesses / Resistances for some reason moved to the line after its name and so getting hidden by its HP bar... It doesn't work for me, I install it, tells me that the installation was successful but when I click on the icon at the top right does not make me log in the stat screen...
Help.
All in the grindfest works fine but I can't manage options...
