i think so.
I also think that they are showing fewer results that may or may not be relevant, and sticking more and more to a few big sites.

Mojeek has its own index. It feels very 2006 Yahooish. Decent, and good if Google/Bing/Yandex fails you.

Marginalia.nu is great if you want to search for small indy sites/blogs.

MillionShort is an interesting take on Bing, in that you can eliminate the top results up to the first million. Good for skipping SEO spam and corporate/academic sites.
