Why couldn't I idolize a football player or something manly? At least then I wouldn't get weird looks for the mere mention of their name and I'd be collecting stuff like footballs, jerseys and other stuff that at least works for me. All I can find now is stuff made for women or churns my stomach even considering to own.

Please enlighten me to a racial Japanese slur. Please do. Do they call African-Americans, NlGGERS? Do they call Mexicans, wetbacks? Jews, kikes? The worst they have is Gaijin, which literally translates to outside person; it has nowhere near the connotation wetback does.

You might be thinking of Japanese swearwords, which has nothing to do with this discussion. And even so, the worse they amount to is the English equivalent of "peepee" and "vagina".

As for the Native Americans, for the most part (exceptions exist), they saw no bad with the white man, and in most cases revered them, until the white man proved them wrong, by being total douches (read on the Mexican Indigenous culture for further info).

Let me remind you how the discussion about this started:

This is one of those things I can't understand from today's society: When screamed out loud, Darn has the same connotation as Fuck. You're saying it with the same strength in either case, and you mean the same interjection, so how come in society one is more acceptable? A word just becomes unacceptable after it is deemed so by society, but in the heart of it, they're all just words. Scribbles on a page, or sound waves out of your mouth.

I'm almost sure that 90% of society doesn't understand the concept of a synonym.

Then I scrolled to the bottom of the page and saw noahbody posted and decided to read them after all. Then I actually started reading through the page and decided fuck it, no.

So yeah. Guess I'm missing out. Possibly.

I saw this hipster girl wearing glasses with no lenses. Why would someone in their right mind want to wear glasses when there's absolutely no need for it? If they want to wear glasses, they should do it the proper way, fucking up their vision by reading in dark moving vehicles, and playing games about 2 inches from the screen.

No one actually needs to wear those thick glasses anymore due to advances in technology. So if you see someone wearing those, they do it by choice, as the difference in price is also negligible.
