Why do some people feel the need to include the phrase "my last thought" and its variations in their posts?
Also, why do some people feel the need to include a signature in their post when we can clearly see who the poster is and when there's a built-in signature system?

QUOTE(cmal @ May 29 2011, 17:28) Why do some people feel the need to include the phrase "my last thought" and its variations in their posts? That's probably because the topic is titled 'What was the last thing you thought?', and they like to answer with a full sentence.

1.: Because a clean and full sentence looks better and feels more logical, to me at least... 2.: I would like to know that as well... maybe to prevent plagiatism (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Most of the time, they're not even properly constructed sentences, so no.

Formalities. Some people are just Type A like that. That's my theory, anyway.

37.9 million Ryo.
I could afford an Over 11000... if I didn't stupidly leave my village, enter another one and then leave that one as well, depriving me of access to Marketplace because apparently you can only change villages once a day.

Makes them more trying, if anything.

As indicated by the half-empty bag.

Important question: does a sundae with a banana (regardless of how the banana's cut) qualify as a banana split? Or is it not the ingredients, but rather the way the banana is cut?

I would think it has to be cut in half. Otherwise the term 'split' wouldn't make any sense.

The banana is doing a split. It does not need to be cut.
Then again, I have never had a banana split, let alone a sundae.

Wow. It took me until just now to realize how much the camera on my phone sucks, and by extension, how much my phone sucks in general.
Then again, it can make phone calls, so maybe I'm being too harsh on it.

What's the difference in taste between it being cut in half or three (Or four, or five, or six, or a bajillion and 5 point eight or or right-and-three-quarters? Or, maybe, not quite) pieces? I sincerely doubt there is a change in taste.
Conclusion: FourOneThree had a banana split and called it a sundae. How dare you lie to all of us? HOW DARE YOU?

-shrug- I guess.
For the record, I cut by thickness, generally, so the number of slices is contingent on the original length of the banana. I want the banana in manageable slices so it can intermingle with the syrup and ice-cream. It helps me forget I might be ingesting something healthy.
