My dad just told me about the first family reunion in 20 years (one I will not be attending) and I couldn't help but laugh. It is being held in the most backwoods, out in the middle of fucking nowhere, redneck, hick ass town in the existence of man. A town that actually had to cancel part of it's baseball season because of racial tension between them and out of town schools. A population of under 1,000 people, most of which I'd imagine are related.

I'm so glad I'm nowhere close to that and can make excuses why I won't be going.
