Count me in that camp. I was hoping the House would use that Deem and Pass (or whatever the hell it was called) method to avoid directly voting on the measure so the supreme court could overturn it as being passed unconstitutionally. Now we have to rely on states suing on 10th amendment grounds to invalidate it.

Fucking Obama wants to turn us into some Socialist country. And that would work great if the government paid for it like the countries who have had this long before us. But we've got to pay for this shit, and there's no guarantee that this will be any better than state provided healthcare. Hell, fucking Canadians have to come here for most of their medical treatment because their Universal Healthcare is terrible. I can't expect it'll be any better for us.
