I have more info on his file, but the rest is mostly private, and thus I won't post it. (And yes, I am aware of how sad it is that I keep files on most EH veterans - but if I don't, I forget :\ - further, these files stem from the time when I wanted to write the history of EH, which in its beginning was very interesting; alas, I gave up on the history, but kept the facts)

Part of me is thinking "what the fuck am I reading", the other part of me is genuinely curious. I must just be boring, because I can't imagine what info you could keep on relatively anonymous posters on a forum that would be worth keeping tabs on.

Or would be this more like Encyclopedia Dramatica kind of stuff that mainly satirizes ongoing forum members?

Exactly how they won the midterms: controlling the rhetoric. The average American voter doesn't take the time to fact check claims by politicians, they hear what they like, are told what to fear and when to be angry. Republicans are masters at controlling the rhetoric and Democrats are absolute pussies when it comes to going on the offense.

God no! As annoying as Sarah Palin is, her assassination would just act to galvanize the public even more. The far right is already bordering on violent right now and if Sarah Palin caught a bullet, they'd immediately blame the left and go ape shit. She's annoying, but no real threat in the political arena.
