You are aware that most forms of vore lie in the realms of complete fantasy, right? If someone was actually capable of swallowing an entire person whole, I'm pretty sure they'd be sent to a research facility for testing. That being said, I'd heard of a female vorarephile who was traveling the world in search of a snake that was capable of swallowing a person whole and alive. She had a whole fantasy worked out where she'd have it contained, and an oxygen mask on her face as she was swallowed so she'd survive as long as possible.
